We use fair trade, organic, shade-grown coffee for all of our brewed coffee and espresso drinks. The beans are roasted just a few miles away at Indigo Coffee Roasters in Florence. We buy small amounts at a time so that the coffee we serve is typically brewed within just a few days of being roasted.

We make our chai from scratch, blending fresh organic ginger and other spices with black tea. You may choose soy or regular chai, and we will adjust sweetness to your preference.

We generally source our bottled drinks from smaller, local and regional companies. For example, we carry Maine Root sodas, Vermont Soy organic soymilk, and Mapleline chocolate milk from Hadley.
